(Tea Times Blog) — This video shows Kevin Gascoyne of Kyela Teas demonstrating how he tastes teas.  When he visits India in the Spring, he tastes over 1000 teas, but only picks 15 to put into his catalog.   That is one highly developed sense of taste!

(Tea Times Blog) — This beautiful demonstration of a simplified Korean tea service was produced as part of the Korean Tea Culture Foundation’s Public Information Series. I’m impressed with the ease and precision this obvious expert shows in her execution of the ceremony.  Lovely and medatative!
